Position Overview

ITC Tax is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Property Tax Manager to lead our property tax function. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of real estate, tax compliance, appeal strategy, budgeting, and due diligence related to acquisitions and developments. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in property tax law, valuation methodologies, and multi-state compliance, along with strong leadership and client service capabilities, and a vast knowledge of all levels of the appeal process across all applicable states with an identifiable track record of success.

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Property Tax Consultant to support and lead key aspects of our corporate property tax function. This role involves managing real estate tax compliance, appeal strategies, budgeting, and due diligence for acquisitions and developments. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of progressive experience in property tax law, valuation methodologies, and multi-state compliance, along with strong analytical and client service capabilities, and successful appeal experience across multiple states covering appeals at the administrative and post administrative levels.
